One of the best Chardonnay s for price
Intense and oaky. Definitely something to pair with a heavy dish or enjoy after dinner. A little too overwhelming to have before dinner.
2017. 14.5% ABV. 4☆. "Vanilla and honey hit the palate then it moves into granny apple and honey like component. This wine stays mid palate and moves forward on the tongue. The finish is a beautiful soft oak mixed with a peach and honey flavor." Toast & Vine
Light yellow color. Buttered popcorn slight caramel on the nose. oak butter vanilla caramel cream smoke pineapple butterscotch campfire minerals. Complex and integrated. Good value!
That was awesome! Yellow tinged with amber. First to arrive are your bourbon buddies trailed by oak, honey plus cantaloupe adding to the atmosphere. The following are present in both scent & taste: almond, nutmeg(preserved & dried) & pear. Med body. Unashamedly acidic. More of this please! I think this would go brilliantly with veal and/or sauteed vegetables.
